What’s not to love about Amazon? It’s like Google. You just type in something and like magic the answer (or in Amazon’s case, the item) just appears. Or lots of items that are similar and you can just mindlessly scroll through them until you find that special something you need, or you really don’t need, but it’s just so cute you have to have it. Here are my favorite items that I’ve purchased recently on Amazon and personally think they are great finds. Amazon Prime day is coming up (October 13-14) so get your list ready!

Clothing. If you know me at all, you know how much I’m obsessed with sweaters. I really really really love sweaters and have way too many sweaters. BUT, I’m always on the hunt for cozy sweaters that don’t itch and are good quality at a reasonable price. I have come across several brands at Amazon that have the best sweaters and I’ll link them here. The first is this adorable sweater from a brand called “Asvivid”. I have it in beige and khaki. It’s an Amazon bestseller for a reason. 100% cotton and less than $40. I love the details and the length is perfect for layering with leggings or skinny jeans. Amazing sweater! Ordered a size large. More recommended sweater brands that I own are: “ZKESS” (the chunky knit turtlenecks) and “Astylish” (chunky knit cardigans).

Next up are these basic tanks by “Kalon”. I always layer tanks under my sweaters. They provide a nice layer under a sweater or blouse and longer tanks are a must for creating a streamlined, long look that basically makes you look taller and thinner. I always look for tunic length tanks. These by Amazon are so incredibly well made and also make perfect tanks for sleep.

Down jacket by “Orolay”. One word for this jacket/parka. AMAZING. Another top seller at Amazon. I have it in red and beige. Looks like a top designer coat for under $150. If you live in the Midwest you need this parka in your life. I ordered a size large and can easily wear a sweater underneath.

I’m obsessed with ripped denim so when I found these ripped sweatpants I had to snag them! Working from home has never been so comfy!

Home Goods. How fun is this wind chime for Halloween? I can’t say I ever saw a wind chime featuring bats! Makes a cute addition to our front doorway! Wind chime by “Monsiter”

Next up is this assorted picture hanging kit by “Hecho”. I love how organized this kit is and it’s only $9.99!

Insulated coffee mugs by “Brew to a Tea”. These are stylish and look expensive but are durable and dishwasher friendly. Perfect for brewing my Nespresso! Set of 4 for $39.99.

Velvet hangers by “AmazonBasics”. Years ago I got rid of all plastic hangers in our house. If you haven’t done a closet renovation involving velvet hangers, add it to your home improvement list. You’ll wonder how you ever dealt with those barbaric plastic hangers. These hangers will change your life, I guarantee you! Pack of 30 for $17.

“Lifewit” large capacity storage bags. Quarantine started my organization projects and it has just gained momentum over the months. These bags can easily fit 3 comforters and when you open your linen closet and see these nice bags in a tidy row it’s so much more calming than having blankets falling on your head whenever you try to grab one.

Beauty. One of my favorite scents is eucalyptus. It’s so fresh yet calming and therapeutic. A current way to turn your shower into a spa experience is to tie fresh eucalyptus in the shower. The “Movagarden” store brings a spa experience to your home with these fresh sprigs. Spa-ahhhhhh

Aluminum free deodorant by Ivory. How can you not trust a tried and true American brand like Ivory? Gentle and dermatologist tested. I wouldn’t run a marathon using this, but for everyday use, it does the job.

Jade roller by “Movalues store”. This little facial roller is a small investment for a lot of payoff. You can find jade rollers almost everywhere now for varying prices. As long as you get one! Throw it in your fridge and spend a few minutes gliding it over your face (upwards only!) to get rid of puffiness and help with facial contouring.

“By Alegory” acrylic makeup brush holder. High quality acrylic brush holder corrals your brushes and makes it easy to find and store each brush. Well constructed for under $20! Another “Amazon’s Choice” winner.

As always, happy shopping!

XO, Char
